East Bay Fit

East Bay FIT offers you a fun and motivational environment to get in the best shape of your life.

We are a running and jogging training program based in the East Bay region of California. We hold training runs in and around Danville, Walnut Creek and Lafayette. Our programs are designed with the goal of training you to complete or improve your performance in a Marathon or Half Marathon, although some of our participants choose to take part in other events. We accommodate runners from beginner level to experienced runners.

Ask anyone who has completed their goal of getting in shape or finishing a half or full marathon, and I'm sure they will tell you it has truly changed their life. You will feel fitter, happier, and mentally much stronger; and all in a few short weeks.

Whether you are a couch-potato, walker, casual jogger, or marathon veteran, our coaches will help you get in the best shape of your life in the most enjoyable, most inspiring, and most efficient way. If just hearing the word marathon make you shake in your shoes? That's okay, come out and join us anyway. You will have fun and meet other people just like you to exercise with and to help you accomplish your fitness goals.
